Mr. Iqbal is a commerce graduate from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. He completed his articles with A F Ferguson., Chartered Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He was the ex-director Assurance and advisory of Delloitte Pakistan. He specializes in management consultancy and assurance and advisory services. During the entire tenure of his practice, he has provided extensive consultation on numerous projects including due diligence and companies’ taxation.

Mr. Tahir Ahmad started his career with Riaz Ahmad and Co., Chartered Accountants as trainee student. After completion of period, he worked there as Assistant Manager (Audit). Thereafter, he joined BDO Ebrahim & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Manager and served for six years. Subsequently, he joined Rizwan & Company as Executive Director. He has vast experience in Audit Assurance and Management Consultancy. He has also experience in Investigation Audit Assignments.

Moin Siddiq, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having article ship completed from Financial Services Section of A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants Karachi. Working in this field of auditing and finance since October 2011, He had an opportunity of being involved in various statutory audits, review engagements, management consultancy, and other assignments in different countries including Pakistan, Oman and Dubai.

Mr. Sharjeel possesses 4 years of post-qualification experience in assurance, corporate, internal audit. Mr. Sharjeel started his career from KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Karachi and had managed his own professional firm as sole proprietor. He has joined Rizwan & Co. with effect from July 01-2017 and is partner in-charge of Karachi Office of the Firm. He specializes in management consultancy and assurance and advisory services.

Mr. Mahmood is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having post-qualification experience of 30 years in the field of external audit, internal audit and financial advisory. He was the Country head of Audit in KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Karachi before he retired in October 2021. He joined Rizwan & Co. in the year 2023 as Executive Director.

During the entire tenure of professional experience, he managed diversified portfolio of clients in various sectors including banks, insurance, manufacturing companies, oil and gas sector etc. He has extensive experience of statutory audits, internal audits, management consultancies, and other assignments in different countries including Pakistan & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
