Each region appoints a Regional Vice President who is a member of the Board and also the Executive Committee. Regional Vice Presidents have a particular responsibility for ensuring members comply with DFK’s Membership Criteria. In larger countries of the world where there are several DFK Member Firms, DFK has developed National Groups to respond to local clients’ needs.

Imran Bashir FCA, Partner In-charge – Assurance
Mr. Imran has extensive experience in financial/accounting matters, corporate laws, Internal Audit. He also remained member of Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute for the period of three years. He specializes in management consultancy and assurance and advisory services.
Rashid Iqbal FCA, Partner In-charge
Mr. Iqbal is a commerce graduate from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. He completed his articles with A F Ferguson., Chartered Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He was the ex-director Assurance and advisory of Delloitte Pakistan.

Moin Siddiq FCA, Partner
Moin Siddiq, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having articleship completed from Financial Services Section of A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants Karachi. For the last seven years, He is providing consultancy and audit services as Partner. Working in this field of auditing and finance since October 2011, He had an opportunity of being involved in various statutory audits, review engagements, management consultancy, and other assignments in different countries including Pakistan, Oman and Dubai.
